COVID-19 Tanılı bir Gebenin Doğum Öncesi ve Doğum Sonrası Duygu, Düşünce ve Kaygıları

Çalışmanın amacı; doğum öncesi koronavirüs hastalığı tanısı alan, doğum yapmak için hastanemize başvuran bir olgunun doğum öncesi ve sonrası duygu, düşünce ve kaygılarını belirlemektir. Olgumuz 26 yaşında, 39. gebelik haftasında olup, 01.03.2021 tarihinde doğum yapmak amacıyla hastanemize başvurmuştur. Sezaryenle ikinci kez doğum yapan hastaya postoperatif dönem tedavisi uygulanmış, Doğum Sonu Bakım Protokolü çerçevesinde doğum sonu loğusalık bakımı ve yenidoğana Bebek ve Çocuk İzlem Protokolü çerçevesinde yenidoğan bakımı verilmiştir. Koronavirüs enfeksiyonunun etkileri için kanıtlar halen yetersizdir. Bu bilinmemezlik ve devam eden pandemi süreci doğum öncesi ve sonrası dönemde kadınların kaygılarını artırmaktadır. Sağlık profesyonellerinin bu dönemlerde hastalık tanısı alan kadınlara destek olmaları önemlidir.
