Karaciğer Transplantasyonu Olan Hastalarda Bilinçli Farkındalık ile İmmünosupresif Tedaviye Uyum Arasındaki İlişkinin Belirlenmesi

Özet

Amaç: Bu çalışma karaciğer transplantasyonu olan hastalarda bilinçli farkındalık ile immünosupresif tedaviye uyum arasındaki ilişkinin belirlenmesi amacıyla yapılmıştır.

Materyal ve Metod: Bu çalışma bir üniversitenin karaciğer nakli merkezine yatırılan 175 karaciğer nakli hastasıyla gerçekleştirilmiş kesitsel bir çalışmadır. Verilerin toplanmasında Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Bilinçli Farkındalık Ölçeği (BİF) ve İmmünosupresif Tedaviye Uyum Ölçeği  (ITAS) kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizi IBM SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) Statistics 25 ile yapılmıştır.

Bulgular: Karaciğer alıcılarının bilinçli farkındalık düzeylerinin 57.26±8.44 ile ortanın üzerinde olduğu, immünosupresif tedaviye uyum düzeylerinin ise 9.98 ± 1.57 ile ortanın üzerinde olduğu belirlendi. Hastaların bilinçli farkındalık ölçeği ile immünosupresif tedavi uyum ölçeği arasında pozitif yönde çok kuvvetli bir ilişki olduğu ve bu durumun istatistiksel olarak da önemli olduğu görülmektedir (r=0.950, p < 0.005).

Sonuç: BİF ve ITAS kavramları birbirinden etkilenmektedir. Bu bağlamda BİF ve ITAS arasında pozitif yönlü ve anlamlı bir korelasyon saptandı. Bu sebeple bilinçli farkındalık meditasyonlarının bu hasta gruplarında uygulanması önerilmektedir.
