HYGIENIC CHARACTERISTICS OF THE LIFESTYLE OF PRESCHOOL CHILDREN IN UFA

Özet

Conducted hygienic assessment of lifestyle factors in preschool children. Noted some features of the lifestyle of preschool children of different age categories and in different parts of Ufa. So, with age, the proportion of children with a sleep duration of 10-11 hours significantly reduced, more than half of preschool children are not engaged in physical culture in their spare time, more than one third of children spends his free time at the TV about 1 hour a day, and the computer 15-60 minutes.
