Özet

Kahve, dünyada kafein içeriğine sahip en çok tüketilen içecekler arasında yer almaktadır. Önemli miktarda klorojenik asit ve kafein olmak üzere birçok farklı kimyasal içerir. Kahvenin birçok popülasyonunda kafeinin temel kaynağı olduğu da bilinmektedir. Kafein en sık tüketilen psikoaktif uyaran olarak bilinmekte ve özellikle A1 ve A2A adenozin reseptörü antogonisti olarak biyolojik etkinlik göstermektedir. Kahvede bulunan klorojenik asit, kafeik asit ve melanoidin antioksidantlar olarak gösterilmektedir. Önemli etkileri olan polifenollerin trans sinnamik ve kinik asit yapılarının arasında yer alan bilgiler. Glikoz ve yağ metabolizmasında görev almakta, diyabet, kardiyovasküler hastalık, obezite, kanser ile ilişkilidir. Kahvenin karbonhidratları, yağları, nitrojen bileşenleri, vitamin ve mineralleri, alkaloidleri, fenolik besinleri gibi birçok besin öğesinden zengin bir sıvı olarak sınıflandırılmıştır. kalıcı olarak yapılan, kahve tüketiminin sağlığının olumsuz olarak sunulduğu gösterilse de, günümüzde bazı kronik olarak sunulan, koruyucu olabilecek olası gelişmelere dikkat edilmemektedir. Dünyadaki performansın iyileştiği, obezite ve tip II diyabete karşı koruyucu olduğu, inme, kalp, prostat ve kolorektal kanser riski % 20, parkinson riski % 25, ​​beyinde güçlü bunamaya karşı koruyucu olduğu, ayrıca potansiyel olarak savaşta destek olduğu ve intihar olasılığı % 50 belirlendi.
