Abstract

Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the relationship of cyberbullying sensibility with cyberbullying and cyber victimization levels among university students.

Method: This study was conducted with 753 students studying at the nursing faculty faculty of a university in Istanbul. The data were collected using the 'Cyberbullying Sensibility Scale', 'Cyberbullying Scale', 'Cyber Victimization Scale' and an information form.

Results: A significant negative correlation was found between the cyberbullying sensibility and cyberbullying levels of the students. A significant positive correlation was also found between cyberbullying and cyber victimization levels (p<0.05).

Conclusion: Programs to increase cyberbullying sensibility and awareness should be planned.
